The Boston Red Sox open up a four game series at home against the Chicago White Sox on Thursday and send Daisuke Matsuzaka to the mound.  Dice K is looking for his 12th win of the season.  He is 11-6 with an ERA of 3.94.  The Red Sox normally score a lot of runs when Dice K is on the mound.  He allowed nine hits and four runs in six innings in his last start against Toronto but still got the win.
